Shipping, Returns & Exchanges

RETURNS & EXCHANGES
  • All customers must return their items within 14 days of the date shown on their dispatch email to be eligible for either a full refund or exchange.
  • Exchange is only available for Netherlands customers only
  • All items must be unworn and unwashed. 
  • All items must have all tags attached.
  • Refunds for sale items are not accepted.
  • All items must be returned in their original packaging.
  • We do not offer free returns postage, therefore all customers are liable for their own postage costs.
  • All customers must complete and insert their return slip when returning their items. Please specify whether it is a return or exchange.
  • All customers are responsible for checking available sizes before sending their product for an exchange. We may have to send it back to you and ask you to cover the delivery costs.
  • If you try to make a return, we may have to send it back to you and ask you to cover the delivery costs.
  • All products are at the responsibility of the customer until they have been delivered to us.

We reserve the right to refuse a return if we deem it to be in an unsuitable condition and the items may be returned to you at your own cost.


The following products can NOT be returned:
  • Showing signs of being worn, washed, modified or damaged in anyway will not be eligible for refund. 
  • If they are marked, soiled, stretched, bleached or damaged in anyway.
  • If they are scented with aftershave, perfume, deodorant or smoke.

SHIPPING

The estimated delivery time depends on the country. As soon as your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. All shipping prices includes VAT. Please be aware that delivery times might be affected during the holidays and sale periods.

Deliveries within The Netherlands

2 - 9 working days

Free shipping for all orders

We offer standard shipping to your preferred address or you can pick up your order at a local PostNL Pick-up point whenever suits you best. Please be advised you will need to show an ID document when picking up your order

Deliveries within Belgium, France, Germany, Luxembourg

From 5 to 9 working days.

€ 4,95 shipping for all orders to Belgium, France, Germany, and Luxembourg.

Deliveries within ZONE 1

From 7 to 14 working days.

€ 12,95 shipping for all orders to:

Austria, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czechia, Denmark, Estonia, Greece, Hungary, Latvia, Lithuania, Malta, Poland, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, United Kingdom 

Shipping to Russia and Ukraine are temporarily unavailable.

Deliveries in all other countries 

From 9 to 14 working days.

€ 19,95 shipping for all orders to:

Finland, Ireland, Italy, Portugal, Spain, Sweden, Australia, Canada, Japan, New Zealand, Norway, Switzerland, United Arab Emirates, United States 

Packages will be shipped using our standard shipping service, which will be PostNL or DHL.

 

  • In the event that any orders are undelivered due to incorrect details provided by the customer, it will be the customer that is responsible for payment of re-delivery.
  • We are not responsible for any orders which are damaged during delivery.
  • Once the products have dispatched from out office. All orders are completely out of our control.  It is the customers responsibility to be present in receiving the order

CUSTOMS

  • Prices do not include relevant overseas customs duties, foreign taxes or other fees, which may be imposed and this is the responsibility of the customer. Please check with your local customs office for further information. Being a new & small brand we are unable to cover any extra customs fees.
